Return Policy
You may return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personalized or custom-made items
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
